  • Yes, custom orders in 9k, 14k, and 18k gold are welcome.

  • Ready-to-ship pieces are usually processed within 4–6 business days. Handmade or made-to-order pieces may take up to 3 -4weeks.

Jewellery Care

  • Most metals naturally change over time depending on wear, moisture, and skin chemistry.

  • Warm water, mild soap, and a soft toothbrush are recommended for general cleaning.

  • Enamel is glass fused to metal, so please avoid dropping or impacting enamel pieces.

Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the piece is unworn and in original condition.

  • Custom-made, personalised, resized, or modified pieces are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

  • Every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact PHLin Jewellery as soon as possible with photos and details of the issue so a repair, replacement, or refund can be arranged if necessary.

  • Returned jewellery must be:

    • unworn

    • undamaged

    • in original condition

    • returned with original packaging

    Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
